We are quite proud of the facilities we offer at Penncross Ranch for overnight boarding for your horse. We also provide continuous around the clock care to ensure the safety, security and well-being of your horses. Please remember that horses are our living and our love. You will rest well knowing that you horse is in a safe place and resting well also.
Please be aware that Health Certificates for each horse must be in order and current. Also, please make reservations well ahead of time, if possible, by contacting us.
Overnight Boarding Fees:
- $ 20.00 Per Night
- $ 15.00 Per Night ( 6 or more horses)
Penncross Ranch Facilities and Features:
- 14’x 16′ Box stalls lined with tongue and groove wood 4 feet high and Galvanized horizontal bars 5 feet above the wood
- Stalls are all bedded deep in shavings cleaned on a daily schedule
- Stalls have an automatic fly spray system
- Fluorescent Lighting
- Daily feedings at 7:30 am and then again at 4:00 pm
- We feed Scandinavian Oats that are crimped daily
- We feed Alfalfa purchased from the same grower in New Mexico
- No automatic waters are utilized, We like to monitor how much each horse drinks
- Farrier on call
- Veterinarian on call and is only 3 miles away
- Four nice motels only 6 miles away
